Soleado Apartment

The apartment is very large and it has a wonderful view. It is placed in a quiet zone and it is super relaxing to sit and eat or drink something on one of the huge balconies. Very clean and you can find anything there (hairdryer, dishwasher, coffee machine, towels, dishes, etc). There are 3 bedrooms with very comfy double beds, clean sheets and two bathrooms (one with shower, one without shower) The host is very nice and so agreeable. I would always recommend this place.

This is an excellent property, superb location - walking distance to the city center (25 min, along the coast mostly, so very pleasant walk), but in a quiet neighborhood. Lovely balconies on all sides, perfect view, spacious rooms, functioning A/Cs, fully equipped kitchen (even had espresso machine), The private parking spot is huge, you can park a bus there. Bakery and supermarket in the vicinity. Never met the host, but he was nice, available and quick to respond. Would stay there again and would warmly recommend it for families.

L’appartement est très beau, bien fonctionnel, moderne et spacieux. Les 2 grands balcons sont bien appréciables ! Il se situe à 20-25 mins à pieds du port vénitien et du centre de Chania, ce qui est faisable… Notre hôte a été très sympathique et nous a bien aiguillé sur les activités à faire.

Mieszkanie bardzo duże, idealne dla grypy 6 osób. Dwa duże tarasy z bardzo pięknymi widokami na morze, duży wspólny salon z ogromną sofą. Odbiór kluczy był bezkontakowy poprzez odbiór klucza ze skrzynki. Miejsce postojowe bardzo duże pod samymi drzwiami do budynku.

Хорошее расположение. Пляж примерно в 10 минутах ходьбы по набережной. Пляж маленький, поэтому если хотите большие обустроенные пляжи, то нужна машина. Большой полноценный супермаркет в 5 минутах ходьбы. Вид с террасы отличный, в номере чисто и всё есть. Хорошая техника, всё отлично работает. Хозяин настоятельно просит не шуметь с 23 до 8, так что имейте это ввиду. Хозяин всегда на связи, если есть какие-то вопросы.

Πολύ καλός οικοδεσπότης με άριστη επικοινωνία! Το διαμέρισμα είναι πολύ μεγάλο και άνετο. Απο τα παραθυρα και τα μπαλκονια η θέα ειναι πολύ όμορφη! Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα για μεγάλες παρέες ή οικογένειες.

Περάσαμε υπέροχα! Ο Σπύρος είναι εξαιρετικος οικοδεσπότης! Υπήρξε άμεση ανταπόκριση. Το διαμέρισμα είναι ευρύχωρο, φωτεινό, αναπαυτικό και ζεστό το χειμώνα σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά με όμορφη θέα. Κάποια στιγμή θα τον επισκεπτούμε ξανά!

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία,πεντακάθαρο σπίτι, εξυπηρετικός φουλ ο Σπύρος σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε και τρομερή θέα! Τα κρεβάτια ήταν υπέροχα και γενικά ήταν η καλύτερη επιλογή που μπορούσαμε να κάνουμε! Σίγουρα θα ξανά προτιμήσουμε τον Σπύρο σε επόμενο μας ταξίδι στην Κρήτη!

Το σπίτι είναι πολύ ωραίο και μεγάλο με μια υπέροχη θέα. Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει από μια οικογένεια μέχρι και τρία ζευγάρια άνετα ενώ στην κουζίνα μπορείς να βρεις στην κυριολεξία ένα ολόκληρο νοικοκυριό. Η περιοχή είναι ήσυχη, χωρίς την "τουριστική" φασαρία αλλά θα χρειαστείς αυτοκίνητο αν θέλεις να πας στο κέντρο και στο παλιό λιμάνι. Ο Σπύρος είναι ένας ευγενικότατος νεαρός με άμεσες απαντήσεις στα ερωτήματά μας! Ευχαριστούμε!!

Appartement agréable, spacieux et situé dans un quartier très calme. Le centre ville est situé à une vingtaine de minutes à pied ce qui se fait très bien. Spyros nous a très bien accueilli et a été très réactif à nos demandes.

Big and sunny apartment. All rooms have AC, and there are parking spots. Spyros was available and attentive, and he gave us excellent suggestions. We liked our stay

Great place - location was excellent for exploring Chania and the surrounding area. Spyros was a terrific host, responsive and so helpful. The wrap around balcony was a particular treat. Would happily stay here again.

Ein tolles Appartement mit vielen Terrassen für alle Tageszeiten. Die Wohnung hat alles was man für einen angenehmen Urlaub braucht. Von Gastgeber Spyros wird man großartig unterstützt. Die Lage ist ruhig und in einem interessanten Viertel, ca. 20 Minuten vom venizianischen Hafen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Definitely a nice play to stay, sleep and eat. Great view over beautiful town of Chania in nearly any direction. You can walk into old town within 15 or 20 mins. The hosts, Spyros and his family, were really helpful, very kind and fulfilled even extra wishes. Thanks a lot! The apartment is spacious and well equipped.

this place is dream, big, clean, amazing views, great location (only 20 min walk to old town), with lots of cool cafes nearby as well. Fantastic WiFi which was important for me as j was working, and Spyro was the perfect gentleman and host. I'll definitely come back and stay

The apartment had everything we needed for our stay in Chania. The location is great, 15-20 minutes walk to the centre of Chania, 20 minutes drive from the airport. It’s great to start he day in one of the balconies facing the ocean having your coffee made with the coffee machine in the kitchen. Spyros was always available for our needs and answered any question we had. We highly recommend the apartment.

The flat is big, with balconies all over and a wonderful view to the see. It is clean and comfortable. The nights are quiet and we could sleep well. The equipment of the flat is working without problems. Spyros and his wife are very kind, helpful and wonderful persons. We could reach them at once, when we wanted to communicate about something. We wish them all the best and hope to come once again to this lovely place.

Spyros’ home was just perfect. We were a group of two couples and two adult children and there was plenty of space for us all not to be on top of each other. The location is great, around 10-15 minutes into old town and market area and 5 minutes to the local beach. We had two hire cars and Spyros’ place has a private parking drive but there is also plenty of parking in his street. Spyros was a great host, answered our queries promptly and also kindly helped us out with taxi bookings. He surprised us with local spanakopita in our last day which was delicious! If we’re ever back in Chania, we would definitely stay there again. Thanks Spyro!

Loved the spacious and beautiful views of this apartment. There were balconies all around overlooking the sea and windows to let the light and fresh air in. Spyros had also installed darkening shades, which were great for our kids to have a lie-in. The apartment had free parking and was a short 5min drive to the city centre. A great space and good base for exploring Chania!

We spent three wonderful nights at Spyros and Ioanna's beautiful penthouse apartment and it was just what we needed! The view is spectacular and all of the rooms were quiet with comfortable beds and easy to sleep in, thanks to the darkening shades. We felt comfortable and safe, and well taken care of by Spyros and Ioanna who were quick to respond to any need. The apartment is just a few minutes walking to a good store, and there is a wonderful restaurant two blocks away overlooking the water. The walk into town is about 15-20 minutes (to the heart of the Chania action) but that was actually perfect for us... nice to get away from all of the crazy tourist scene and back to a peaceful, normal neighborhood. The apartment has everything you could wish, including easy and good parking. If you are looking for a peaceful and beautiful Crete retreat, this is it!
